Spam Hash


Chop up one can of spam into small pieces.  Brown in a little oil until the spam
gets crispy.

Chop up one onion and two potatoes into small pieces.  Add to the crispy spam
and continue cooking until potatoes are soft.

On St Patrick's Day you can pass this off as corn beef hash.  

Susie uses low fat-low sodium spam.

The leftovers are good, too.  For variety or another person, add one can corn.
