Peas and Peanuts Salad
Peas and Peanuts Salad
2 cans English peas (or equivalent frozen and thawed)
1 to 2 cups Spanish peanuts
salt and pepper to taste
cubed sharp cheddar cheese
chopped red and/or yellow pepper
chopped red onion
chopped celery
chopped water chestnuts
mayonnaise to taste
Mix all ingredients and chill. Serve cold.
