No Bake Chocolate Cookies
Bring to a boil in a saucepan:
2 cups sugar
½ cup milk
¼ cup butter
Boil for one minute and remove from heat.
Stir in to saucepan mixture:
½ cup peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla
3 tbsp cocoa
Stir until peanut butter melts and ingredients are well blended.
Add 3 cups uncooked oatmeal to saucepan and blend.
Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet and allow to cool.
On the boat with a small refrigerator, you can make these as bars in a pan
and cut them.
