Life on board a 39-foot sailboat
can be cramped sometimes.
You nave to climb into the
refrigerator to clean it out.
Cooking pancakes takes a lot of
room, as does washing dishes
after breakfast for 4.  Because
we keep on board only what we
need, we don't have as much
stuff to organize.  So in a way,
it's a more simple lifestyle than
living in a big house.
Repairs while you are
living on board a boat can
be complex.  This project
started with a small fresh
water leak under the
kitchen sink.  Hose clamps
were replaced.  Then a
new faucet was purchased.
New hose was purchased.
New fittings were then
required.  Finally, a month
after it was started, the
new faucet was installed
and the leak resolved.
And yes, that is the kitchen
sink sitting on the cabinet.
