La Paz and El Sargento
July, August and September are considered the "wet months" in La Paz.  So the desert becomes green instead of
brown, the flowers bloom, the bugs proliferate, etc.  The road between El Sargento and La Paz has some great
scenery and views, various hazards, and some strange structures as well.  Enjoy the view.
